Step Two: Have your journal and pens, pencils and crayons on hand. It’s Time to make a Mess!

Step Three: Take plenty of notes. Journal your progress, thoughts and feelings over the next 14 days and keep expanding upon my original ideas and strategies.

Step Four: Take Action! At the end of every video, do one thing to help you move the game forward. I don’t care how small or insignificant it may seem to you. Just do it!

Step Five: Have fun! JumpStart With Joe is not meant to be another boring course. Bring some energy to the party, listen to some music, get your friends involved and get back into the rhythm of loving your life and living with passion!

How To Use JumpStart With Joe:

I designed JumpStart with Joe to be a fun, friendly and upbeat program that you can jump in and out of throughout the year to help you stay focused, stay on track and stay inspired.

So anytime you feel like you have lost your flow, taken a hit or feel that you want to take things to a whole new level, Log back in. Go through the steps and follow through on each of the day’s tasks and activities.

Review your blueprint daily and keep your JumpStart With Joe Notes close by, so you can keep evolving and developing yourself further, with each passing day.

The more energy you bring to Jump Start with Joe and the more committed you are to following through each day, the greater the results will be over the next few months and years.

It’s time to take action and start moving towards your dreams! One day at a time.

I can’t wait to get started!

PS: Remember to check in every day over the next 14 days – I’ll be adding a new lesson every day so that you stay focused and get the most out of JumpStart With Joe.

Day 1 - Get Up And Get Moving!

It’s Time To Get Moving!

Get up and get moving right now!

Go for a walk. Go for a Swim. Hit the Gym!

Do some Push Up’s and Sit Ups right now… While you’re watching this video (or maybe after…)

Get the flow going again. If you’ve been stuck for a while or have lost your flow, it’s usually because you aren’t expressing yourself, moving around and creating the flow of energy yourself.

Motion truly does create emotion.

Get moving and get back into a rhythm over the next 14 days. You don’t have to work out with exceptional levels of intensity or try and out lift the local town bodybuilder. Just get into a rhythm and flow again. The main goal right now is to start building some momentum, and you do that by being consistent and showing up every single day.

Here is my daily “Get Active” Routine:

Before work: Workout. Hit the Gym or go for a long walk or run. 20 – 40 Minutes.

Lunchtime / early afternoon: Go for a brisk walk. Clear your mind. Refresh your mind, body and soul for the second part of the day.

Evening: Long walk or quick free weights or bodyweight workout. Get the blood flowing again and the main goal in the evening is to unwind from your workday and energize yourself for the evening’s work and activities.

But the trick is not to burn yourself out. Exercise for energy. Mindfulness. Inner peace.

What I want you to do today is to make a commitment to feeling energized every single day.

Write it down in your journal and write a message to yourself in the notes section of your phone and remind yourself that it is your duty to GET UP and GET MOVING every single day!

When you get to part six of your Blueprint (Routines & habits), I also want you to make sure you make “being active” part of your daily routine – we’ll cover that in more detail as we go along.

So what are you going to do today to get active?

It’s game time!

PS: Day one is all about building momentum, an easy step to neglect and skip. But this is pivotal to everything else flowing in your life.

Day 2 - It's Time To Get Focused

Getting Your Focus Right

Whatever you focus on you create.

The energy you are looking to create in and around your life will appear, the moment you start to get focused, committed and become certain about what it is you want.

We all know what our lives look like, when we lose our focus, when we get bogged down with the stresses of our day to day lives and start to feel overwhelmed by our current situation and circumstances.

The good news is – The days of feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and uncertain about your life are over because you are going to learn how to harness the power of focus and learn how to set a very clear vision for your life.

You’ll be surprised what you can overcome and how you can handle your challenges and setbacks in a much more positive way once you have created a clear vision for your life and understand how to shift your focus, so you can maintain your momentum and flow year round.

So let’s get to work!

Grab your Blueprint workbook and your journal and set aside some time this morning or this evening to just work on Part One of your blueprint. Get comfortable, listen to some tunes or find a quiet place to connect with yourself and your dreams and start thinking about the Big Questions.

The Big Questions:

  1. What are you most passionate about?
  2. What do you want to create?
  3. What do you want to do with your time on this planet?
  4. What do you want to share with the world?
  5. What type of person do you want to be?

Don’t be shy! Now is the time to be honest with yourself – you don’t have to share your Blueprint with anyone, this is your chance to be real and answer some of the questions you may have been avoiding for a long time.

Clarity is power and once you know what your vision is and what it is you truly want to accomplish, you can start to move in that direction and always remember, “When we lose our focus, we lose our flow and our drive” – So make it part of your daily routine to look at and work on your vision, your goals and your game plan.

Get to work and enjoy the process of creating your vision and take your time, this is your life and your game plan after all. I’ll also be adding a bonus video about creating your vision and working on part one of the Blueprint in the next few days.

Have fun!

PS: Hang on… Did you get moving today? Don’t lose momentum.

Day 3 - Shock Your System

It’s Time To Hit RESET!

Today should be an easy one for you… Short and simple. Shock your system.

Break your current pattern and do something that excites you, ignites a fire within you and makes you feel alive.

That’s all I want you to focus on today!

Be creative, use your imagination and go out and do something that fascinates you and intrigues you. This is your chance to exercise your muscle for change and snap out of your funk!

When you become stale and when everything around you starts to look and feel the same, that’s when you start to lose your flow. We all go through it from time to time but the trick is to identify when you are starting to feel a bit stale and over it and do something about it, before you get stuck in a negative and unproductive cycle.

You’re not going to find your spark and get your mojo back just by sitting around and doing the same old things, you have to create the flow and the quickest way to find your flow is to go out and do something that energizes your soul.

My 5 favorite things to do that help me shock my system and get back in the game:

1. Wake up early and do something fun rather than productive.

2. Go for a drive or a road trip.

3. Visit an art gallery, attend an event or go somewhere that inspires you.

4. Drop in and hang out with a friend or meet new people.

5. Create art – draw, paint, write, sing, dance. Whatever you enjoy, do it!

These are a few things I like to do that don’t cost much money and can be done with relative ease throughout a normal working week. So start coming up with your own unique ideas for shocking your system.

It might also be a good idea to take up an interest and have a hobby or passion outside of your work life and family life – that usually helps raise your level of energy and will give you an outlet for your stress and dealing with the slow periods.

Whenever you lose your flow, remember to shock your system and break your current pattern. Even it is for a day or two – The main skill I want you to take away from JumpStart With Joe is to learn how to maintain your momentum, stay consistent and perform at a high level all year round without the constant stopping and starting…

Catch yourself before you fall into a slump. Keep your energy and performance levels high by changing things up, trying new things and shocking your system whenever you feel like you are losing your flow.

Go have some fun with today’s challenge! When you come back tomorrow you’ll be feeling more energized and excited about your life and ready to get to work on the next part of JumpStart With Joe!

So my question to you is…What are you going to do today to shock your system?

Shoot me an email and let me know what mischief you got up to today – Joe@Before5am.com

Day 4 - It's All About Energy

It’s Time To Get Energized!

Let’s raise our energy levels, take charge of our life and make some great choices that help us to feel good on a consistent basis.

When your energy levels are high, everything tends to fall into place. You perform at a much higher level, you have a more positive outlook on life and you start to feel like an unstoppable force of nature.

On the other hand, when you lack energy and don’t feel great within, everything becomes that much harder and that starts to compound over a period of time. What I want to share with you today, is some of my best tips and tricks to help you raise your energy levels and maintain high levels of energy every day, so you can achieve your big goals and dreams.

Today, we have a lot to cover so let’s get to work!

Let’s take a look at the 5 key areas of energy that you can start to improve upon straight away and continue to develop as you go on your journey through life.

The 5 key areas of the Energy Equation:

Consistent Rest – Nothing beats a good nights rest to help you feel more energized and upbeat. So I want you to focus on getting a good nights rest every night and head to bed and wake up around the same time. This one simple strategy will help you to get back into a rhythm and flow, and over a number of weeks and months, it will make a tremendous impact when it comes to your energy levels.

I always recommend 6 – 8 hours of consistent rest a night, but feel your body and do what feels right for you. The main aim of rest is to help you recharge your batteries, so you can bring even more energy to the party when the new day arrives.

Lean, Green and Fresh – When it comes to your diet. Keep it simple. focus on eating right and hydrating your body with water, not coffee and soft drinks. You already know the choices you should be making and whenever you feel that you are slipping with your diet, remember to focus on your goals and your vision – to help you stay on track.

When it comes to a high performance diet, the rules don’t vary that much. Keep it light, eat fresh food, drink lots of water and make sure you limit the negative choices as much as possible.

If you want to find your groove again, you’ve got to take charge of the choices you make when it comes to your diet and be very aware of what your body needs at any period of time.

Exercise regularly – We covered this on day one, so you know the drill. Be consistent and get up and get moving every single day. Keep it simple, Don’t burn your body out and remember that exercise is as much for your mind as it is for your body.

Manage your stress levels – So much of our energy is taken up with dealing with daily stresses of life and the challenges we face on a consistent basis. Stress is the biggest reason why most people lose their flow and the reality is no matter how old you get or how much money you end up with, you’ll still have challenges and dramas to deal with.

But the good news is you can learn to handle and manage your stress levels, so that you can function at a high level year in and year out. I’ll talk more about meditation techniques, ideas to relax and unwind in the bonus videos section, but the best way to manage your stress levels is to take action – The moment anything comes up that may derail you or cause you to feel stressed out, handle it. Don’t let things build up and cause you even more stress and anxiety…

You also want to start Practicing the art of being very deliberate and calm in everything that you do and when you do that and center yourself every morning and throughout the day – you will feel stronger within. This is something you might want to start adding into your morning routine and how you prepare yourself for the day ahead.

Passion – Work on the things you love, that excite you and intrigue you! Nothing will energize your soul more than having a clear purpose, passion or vision. You can master the other 4 factors but none of them compare to the energy you start to create within and externally when you start living with a great sense of passion and working towards something you care about.

For now, I just want you to make time every day for the things that fascinate you, intrigue you and excite you. whatever you enjoy doing and feel you are passionate about – Do it and do more of it.

It doesn’t always have to cost money to do the things you love, this is where most people get it wrong. Be resourceful and find other ways to enjoy your passion by reading about it, volunteering your help and designing and working on your plans for when you finally do have the time, money and resources to get involved with your passion or project.

Whenever you lose your flow. I want you to remember to look at these 5 areas of your life and make an adjustment so that you can get back in the game quickly!

I want you to start taking your energy levels seriously and start making some powerful choices every day, this is one of the main foundations you want to build your life upon.

We have covered a lot today, so make sure you come back and review Day 4 and take some time to think about ways you can improve upon your daily routines, habits and rituals that will allow you to feel more energized.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, just make a few small positive changes every day and over time, you’ll start to feel good and master your own energy levels!

I know you got this!

Always Remember where it all starts. It all starts with you. The Flow of energy starts with you!

Day 5 - Plan Your Day Before You Start Your Day!

Plan Your Day!

When the sun rises on a new day, you want to wake up feeling confident and certain about yourself and the day ahead.

The best way to make that happen is to plan your day before you start your start your day!

Taking some time out each night before you go to bed to just map out the day, will help you feel more in charge of your life and give you something tangible to focus on and move towards.

You don’t need the perfect plan, you just need a plan to help you to get up and moving with a sense of purpose and that’s exactly what we are going to work on today!

So let’s get to work!

Grab your Blueprint workbook and turn to page 24 – I have put together a daily action plan template that you can use to plan your day and add some structure to your life.

The way I like to structure my day is to break it down into Three Parts:

Morning – Before your work day begins.

Daytime – During your work day.

Evening – After you wrap up your work day.

Let’s start by planning out our morning routine

Every morning when you wake up you want to have a routine and a pattern that you run that gets you pumped up and ready for the day ahead.

A lot of what we are going to cover in Jump Start with Joe will give you some fresh ideas for how you want to start your day – but for now, keep it simple and you can add to your morning game plan as you go along.

Here are a few things you might want to implement into your morning ritual:

– Exercise or go for a walk.

– Meditate and reflect.

– Work on your own ideas and projects.

– Prepare a healthy breakfast.

– Drink a bottle of water.

– Read, listen to an audiobook and prepare your mind for the day ahead.

– Journal and write.

– Do something fun and interesting!

You’ve got to come up with your own morning routine and there is no right or wrong. Try a few things and see what works for you and your schedule. You can constantly keep tweaking your routine until you feel that you have found a pattern that works best for you.

Let’s work on a simple game plan for your work day

Once you’ve started your day the right way and run your morning pattern, it’s time to get to work, show up and perform. Most people make the fundamental mistake of trying to do too much in a day and that usually leads to a lack of productivity and effectiveness.

So Keep your plan for the day simple. Have a few key objectives for the day and make them your main priority and have a few clear deadlines.

I personally prefer to get into the office early or start my work day early so I can get most of my work done by midday, that way I am free from lunchtime onwards to work on other parts of my business like networking, attending events or meeting clients.

But for now, all I want you to do is focus on 3 big targets every day. You can write them at the top of your worksheet and that should give you something clear to focus on and accomplish.

On your worksheet you can also list some of the tasks and activities you need to take care of each day, sometimes they might imperative to your success like making an important phone call and other times they might just be more mundane things like picking up your dry cleaning or paying a bill. The main thing is to get it done on paper, so you know what needs to be done – rather than it floating around in your head.

Start having a clear plan for the day and remember to structure your work day so that you can manage your time and get more done. Have some rules and set aside time for the things which will help you to move the game forward – otherwise, you’ll never break through and become all that you can be.

Let’s take a look at our evening routine

Have a plan for when you get home from work or wrap up your work day!

You’ll be surprised what you can get done in the afternoon and evenings if you have a solid game plan.

We’ve already spoken about exercising in the afternoon when you get home from work and that’s the best way to kick of your evenings and help you feel more energized and ready for the whatever comes next.

Whether you’ve got plans to work on your own project, head to a business dinner, hang out with friends or spend time with your family make sure you set aside some time for yourself.

Give yourself some time to reflect, journal and consider the day that has just passed and what you would like to make of the new day. You want to get into the habit of writing in your journal every night and start exploring your own thoughts and ideas in a tangible way – it’s good for the mind and soul.

Part of your evening routine should be to prepare yourself for the next day. Some of you might prepare your meals, iron your clothes, confirm your meetings and do a few things for work that help make your life easier when tomorrow comes around. Being prepared in the evening is the best way to lower your stress levels when the morning comes around and will give you the time you need to start the day right.

Just like your morning routine, there is no right or wrong. Develop your own unique routines and patterns and do what works best for you and your current set of circumstances.

Play around with your daily Plan! You don’t have to keep doing the same thing…

We have covered a lot today, so I want you to focus on taking action and planning out your day using your “Daily Action Plan” from your Blueprint and send me a picture of your action plan.

Go have some fun planning out the new day!

Day 6 - Take Action!

Playtime Is Over!

It’s time to take charge of your life.

Stop running, stop hiding and stop living in fear. It’s time to jump out of bed, do what needs to be done and take back control of your life.

Be Relentless.

Be Proactive.

Face your Fears.

Start taking action.

Don’t wait for the right time or the right moment, I promise you it will never arrive. You have to go out there and create your own destiny and that all starts by taking action.

Whatever you have been avoiding or putting off, you’ve got to handle it once and for all. You have to create the flow again and that all starts with you making some decisions, being tough and taking matters into your own hands.

So let’s start by taking one step today, that’s all I’m asking you to do.

What is the one thing you are going to handle today?

I want you to write it down.

Decide what course of action you are going to take.

Remove the emotion and get it done. End of story.

No talking, no overthinking, no doubting and no more living in fear. Take charge and handle your business. Get used to it, because this is the type of person you must become if you’re going to make your dreams a reality.

You’ll start to feel good once you make a powerful decision to take action and take care of that one thing today.

So that’s your mission for Day 6 of JumpStart With Joe.

Don’t forget to use your daily action plan and start getting into the habit of taking action every day. I know it might be a bit daunting right now, but so much of your future success will come from your ability to make clear and concise decisions and take action.

Whenever you get stuck or feel that you are unable or unwilling to make a move and take action using the method I shared with you above. Always start with a blank sheet of paper, decide what course of action you are going to take and then remove the emotion and take action.

I know you got this!

Once you have completed today’s challenge and taken action make sure you shoot me an email me! I want to celebrate your achievements because today you are going to take one massive step forward.

One more thing…

Whatever you have to face today or take care of, Don’t forget to do it all with a smile!

Day 7 - Let's Get Back To Basics

Let’s Get Back To Basics!

It’s Day 7 and you are one week into JumpStart With Joe!

I hope you are having fun and starting to feel more energized and in control of your life.

Today we are going to talk about getting back to basics.

Whenever I find myself slipping or stuck in a rut, It’s usually because I have neglected to take care of the basics and do the simple things that help me to perform and function at my highest level.

We all make that mistake from time to time – We all like to think we know best and can slack off and do it our way. But it’s those very simple principles, routines and habits which helped you perform back in the day, that are going to help you get back in the game.

It doesn’t matter who I coach, whether it’s athletes, musicians, sales professionals or entrepreneurs, I always remind them to get back to basics and simplify their process and their lives when they start to lose their edge and get complacent.

So let’s focus on getting back to basics today and simplifying our lives so we can be more effective and function at a much higher level.

Your first job today is to work out what your basics and fundamentals are:

Grab your journal or your notepad and take some time out to really think about the things you do when you are functioning at your highest level.

What routines and habits to do you run?

What does your day look like and how do you handle things?

What are some the things you used to do that worked well for you in the past and allowed you to get more done?

What do you consider to be the fundamentals of your success on a daily basis?

What things could you do to simplify your life?

I want you to establish a baseline. Because once you know what the basics are and you know what it takes for you to function and operate at your highest level, you will be more aware of your actions and choices and be able to pull yourself back into line when you feel that you are starting to lose your momentum.

Your second job today is to take a look at what you’re currently doing on a daily basis and find a way to simplify your own process and your life so you can be more effective.

Grab your worksheets for Part 6 of your Blueprint Workbook. (Page 16 & 17)

Today I just want you to track your habits and find out what you are doing throughout the day. I want you to focus on how you can get back to basics, simplify your daily processes and find your flow again.

Take a look at what you’re doing on an hourly basis and then start looking at how you can change some of your current habits and start running more effective routines that will help you to get back in the game. On page 17 of your Blueprint workbook, you can play around with your current routines and new routines. See what you come up with!

The main goal today is to find your flow again by running a few simple habits and patterns that have worked for you in the past and will help you to build your confidence and momentum going forward.

There is a bit of work to get done today – But if you can simplify your life and get back to basics then you’ll be back at the top of your game in no time.

Don’t be afraid to go back to basics for a few weeks, don’t think of it as a step back but rather an opportunity to build your life on a solid foundation and put yourself in a position to succeed.

Keep it simple, keep tweaking your daily routines and habits and remember to get back to basics whenever you lose your flow or find yourself feeling a bit lost.

Have a great day!

PS: I am so proud of you for making it through to Day 7, Let’s keep the energy levels high and keep pushing. There is still a lot to more to cover!

Day 8 - The Power Of One!

Let’s Get Straight Into Work Today!

Choose One Goal.

I don’t care what goal you choose today, just choose one goal that you feel is significant or important to your own happiness, wellbeing, and success at this moment in time.

Today we are going to learn the art of setting a goal and achieving a goal. The main aim with today’s challenge is to get you back into a rhythm of starting something and finishing it.

When you lose your confidence, it’s usually because you have forgotten how to effectively start something or finish something and if you find yourself in that pattern for too long, you’ll quickly spiral into a negative cycle.

Remember so much of your power comes from your ability to do things in a competent and effective manner. You want to be able to walk into any room and know that you can get the job done, take control and create a certain level of certainty with everything that you do.

That only comes from mastering the art of setting goals for yourself and learning how to start things without the fear & anxiety and then following through and delivering on your promises. That’s how you build real confidence within and that is something that can’t be faked.

How to set a goal and achieve it:

Choose one goal.

Write it down on a piece of paper or in your journal or better still use your Blueprint worksheet for Part 3 (Page 10).

Get very clear on the outcome you want. Be decisive and know what your goal is and what it means to achieve it.

Once you know what your target is and what you are going to achieve today, we are going to do the one thing most people forget to do; Work out how they are going to achieve that goal.

I want you to come up with a list of things you can do right now to help you hit your target.

Start thinking about these things when you come up with your game plan:

What is the starting point?

What are the steps involved for me to achieve my goal?

What do I need to know?

What preparation is involved?

How much time, money and personal resources will it take?

Who do I need to contact or connect with?

You can also grab your Blueprint and take a look at part 2 & 3 and that will give you some clarity on setting goals more effectively. Use that as a guideline for achieving both short term and long term goals.

I like to call this the planning and preparation phase of setting your goals and if you invest some time actually researching your goals and coming up with a game plan to achieve them, the chances are you will make it happen because you have already started to take ownership of yourself and how you go out about your business.

Finally, you know the drill… Take action to achieve it!

We have already covered taking action the other day. So you should be pumped up and ready to own the day and get big things done!

Get to work!

Get back in the game and focus your entire being on just achieving one significant goal today. Practice the art of starting and finishing and I promise you that if you get into that rhythm again you will literally start to become a force of nature.

Once you have achieved your one goal, make sure you go out and celebrate. You have to give yourself an incentive or reward for getting things done, otherwise it just feels like you’re going through the motions all the time.

The power of achieving one goal isn’t that you achieved the goal. It’s the confidence that comes with you putting yourself out there and getting it done and that’s how you create the flow again in your life – that’s how you get a jump start on your goals, your dreams and your life.

I know you got this!

Day 9 - Have Something To Look Forward To Each Day!

Wake Up And Have Something To Look Forward!

Make some plans, call some friends and go do something that puts a smile on your face today!

Do something for your soul. Do something that makes you feel alive and happy within!

Having something to look forward to each day will help you to feel more energized, overcome many of your daily stresses and help you to put things into perspective.

It’s easy to forget that there is more to life than just working and paying bills and doing the mundane things and as I’ve said before you always lose your spark and your flow when you start to feel that everything happening in and around your life is monotonous.

Make it part of your daily action plan and schedule something to look forward to every day.

It doesn’t have to be extravagant (but it can be!), it doesn’t have to cost you money or take up too much of your time, but when you wake up every morning make sure you have something on the table that gets you up and makes you feel excited – Remember that feeling?

That feeling of excitement, joy, and anticipation is what’s missing from most of our lives. Once you lose that feeling, you lose your drive, you lose your wonder and you start to fall into the trap of just existing.

So let’s cultivate those emotions and create that flow in our lives once more. You used to feel that way all the time back in the day, when you were younger, more carefree and when you didn’t let life knock you down.

So today’s challenge is an easy one and also a fun one…

As you are going through your daily planning process, take some time out to look at your life in a new light. Reimagine your life and what’s possible for you on a day to day basis. Think about the things you can do and want to do in the mornings or evenings or even during the day.

Make some plans to do something for your own soul.

Pick up up the phone, call a few friends and catch up with them and have some fun.

Go for walk on the beach, go for a drive, grab dinner at your favorite restaurant and just get back into the rhythm of making your life interesting again.

Work on something you care about when you get home from work or go volunteer your time to help others, the main thing is to make sure you have something else in your life to inspire you and move you on a daily basis.

I want you to make this part of your daily routine going forward. It’s imperative that you live a balanced life and one that energizes your soul and expands your mind.

Having something to look forward to each day is a powerful way to shift your focus and will absolutely help you to get through the tough days and long nights. When you don’t have something to look forward to – well, you know what that feels like and how dull life can be when you aren’t actually living…

It’s up to you to make your life interesting, I learned long ago that I had to make many of these activities a priority in my life and part of my routine, if I was ever going to be effective and perform at my highest level.

All things must come together to in perfect harmony for you to live an exceptional and meaningful life and this is one strategy you want to implement into your life if you’re planning on staying in the game for a long period of time without burning out.

Go have fun and enjoy the process of living your life, while you create it!

Day 10 - Get Yourself Out There!

Make Some Noise!

It’s time to stop sitting on the sideline and being a spectator.

You’ve got to get yourself out there, get known and build your personal brand.

So much of your success and happiness is dependent on you being able to create opportunities in your life and be recognized for your work and contribution.

The price for not being known in your community, industry or sector is too high because ultimately it’s a road well traveled by most people and it leads to a lack of security, a lack of certainty and a lack of opportunity.

So let’s make some moves today, be brave enough to put ourselves out there and keep creating the flow of energy on a professional and personal level.

Who Ya Gonna Call?

Let’s have some fun with today’s challenge because I know how daunting it can be to just randomly put yourself out there.

Let’s just focus on making one move today. Going forward, you can start to make this part of your daily routine and modify it to suit your schedule.

Today I want you to focus on:

Making one call.

Sending one email.

Creating one social media post.

Setting up one meeting.

Now you’re most probably sitting there thinking…

“That all sounds great Joe but who do I call, how do I reach out and what do I say?”

Well, I’ll make it easy for you. Go through your contacts, hop on social media and reach out to anyone who you feel you can connect with on a personal level and just say “Hi” – You don’t need to overcomplicate the process of making friends and building relationships.

Take a genuine interest in others and you’ll always find a way to connect with people.

Find a way to add value to their lives, share your ideas and expertise with them and you’ll always find a way to create the next opportunity.

I’ll put together a Bonus video next month covering the topic of building your personal brand and putting yourself out there. But for now, I just want you to get into the rhythm of connecting with people and making it part of your daily routine.

If you are going to get a jump start on your goals and get back in the game, you’ve got to get yourself out there and get known. It’s one of the fundamental keys to long-term success in any industry or profession.

Get the basics right and the rest will flow and making friends should be fun, so go out there and meet some new people and add value to their lives.

Let me know how you go with today’s challenge!

Day 11 - Look After Yourself And Your Own Wellbeing!

Make Your Own Wellbeing A Priority!

Today, I want you to take a step back and take some time out!

You’re no good to anyone if you are tired on an emotional, physical or mental level.

Your own wellbeing has to be a priority in your life.

Your family might be important to you, your work colleagues might need you and you might need to hustle right now just to get on top of your bills and debts, but if you don’t look after yourself and take care of your own wellbeing everything else will eventually fall apart.

Performance is all about sustainability and consistency. If you are going to get back in the game and perform at a level you’ve never seen before then you have to start making time for your own well being every day.

This isn’t a part-time strategy, it has to be a full-time commitment to your own mental health and overall wellbeing. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that nurturing yourself is a once in a while activity or a luxury – I’m here to tell you, that it is a necessity.

You have to make the time each day to connect with yourself, meditate, journal, express yourself creatively and do the things that will help you to recharge.

So today’s challenge is straight forward.

Chill out. Take some time out just for yourself and let’s start working a larger framework for your own wellbeing, so that you can be an elite performer all year round.

Start listing the things you can do each day that help you to manage and look after your own wellbeing.

Here is a small list of things you can do each day to help you nurture yourself:

Journal – Write down what is in your head and heart.

Be Still. Reflect. Meditate. Unwind.

Reduce your external inputs, TV, games, Social Media and even books.

Exercise, yoga, walk or swim.

Hydrate your body throughout the day.

Increase the amount of vegetables and fresh food you eat each day.

Get a massage or visit a spa.

Play – Do something that puts a smile on your face.

Get outside and spend time in nature every day.

Create something – get your creative juices flowing every day, so you don’t become stale.

Pamper yourself without thinking of it as a waste of time or money.

Take a few days off every month to just unwind and appreciate your existence.

Be social or take some time away from others (depending on what your soul needs…)

Most of these ideas we have been covered earlier on and form the basis of many of the strategies we have spoken about – But now I want you to adopt them simply for the purpose of looking after your mind, body and soul.

Come up with your own ideas for looking after your own wellbeing on a daily and weekly basis. What works for some, might not work for you. Use your daily action plan from your Blueprint workbook and start adding these things into your schedule. Make time!

Prevention is better than having to find a cure, so get into the habit of looking after yourself on many levels. Your wellbeing covers many areas of your life and how you feel and how you function. You have to become self-aware and understand your being and what you need at any moment of time.

Have an enjoyable day, take the pressure off and don’t think for one minute that looking after your welling being isn’t part of your productivity and game plan for success.

“Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is nothing.”

So that being the case, hopefully you get to enjoy doing nothing for a couple of hours or so today!

PS: Don’t forget to check out my bonus video on meditation – Might come in helpful with today’s challenge and homework.

Day 12 - Tidy Up Your Space!

It’s Time To Clean Up And Get Organized!

The quality of your environment will determine the quality of your thoughts, feelings and level of inspiration.

If you’re not getting the results you want or feel like you have lost your Mojo, your environment is a great place to start and it’s time to get rid of the clutter and all the distractions. That’s exactly what we are going to do today!

It’s time to get your hands dirty…

Take a look around at your workspace or living environments and see what you can do today to tidy things up, organize things and create a more productive and uplifting space.

There is no great method or secret to maintaining a clean desk, house or room. You just have to roll your sleeves up and get the job done once a week or every couple of weeks.

I get that it’s easy to neglect tidying up your space and being organized – But from now on it’s got to be part of your 90 day and weekly action plan.

Let’s get to work!

Start with your work Space, as that usually has the biggest impact when it comes to finding your flow and being more productive.

Organize your work tools and paperwork. So you have easy access to the things which allow you to perform at a higher level.

Tidy things up and create a purposeful and functional work environment. This is your place of business and you need to know that every time you show up that it’s game time. This is especially true if you who work from home or for yourself.

Focus on creating an environment that also inspires you and motivates you to excel. But before you get into the decoration or interior design business – clean up and just get things in order, you’ll be able to reimagine your space once the clutter and mess are sorted out.

For me, the most important element of a working space is to remove all the clutter and to create an environment where my mind is free to roam and imagine and create. So do what works best for you and your mindset and don’t be afraid to keep changing things up until you get it right.

Once you have cleaned up and organized your work environment you can turn your attention to your living space.

You know the drill when it comes to cleaning up your home and living spaces. It involves a bit of time, energy and effort.

Tidy things up and get your personal matters in order. Put things into boxes and folders and organize your paperwork and mail and all those little things which tend to make your living space feel cluttered.

Don’t be afraid to throw things out and start again. Ideally, you want your living space to be a place that lifts your spirits and you have to surround yourself with those things.

Focus on creating a sanctuary for yourself and a place where you can relax, unwind and also feel inspired.

Usually, I would make tidying up your environment the first step and going forward I want you to remember to take a look at your environment the moment you lose your flow.

So make a note in the front of your journal or diary to tidy up your space and organize things, along with getting active and focusing your mind exclusively on your vision, they are the strategies that form the foundation of you being able to JumpStart your life next time you fall or stumble across tough times.

I also want you to take a look at Part 5 of your Blueprint. Tie up your loose ends and get organized. So much of the weight and stress we carry comes from us neglecting to take care of all the small things in our life and if you’re going to thrive you have to get on top of things once and for all.

I’ve also provided you with a template you can use to tie up your loose ends – add to that come up with your own list of things you feel you have to sort out and tidy up at any given of time.

Take your time today and over the next few weeks to just get things in order. When you aren’t in your groove and things aren’t flowing that is usually a good time to potter around and tidy things up and prepare yourself for the next stage of the journey.

Have a Great Day!

Day 13 - Go Create!

Go Create!

“Everything you want comes from the creative process.”

It’s time to get back in the game and start creating your best work and your most inspired work.

We’ve done a lot of work on ourselves over the last couple of weeks – But today it’s time to actually step back into your creative flow again and create.

So what are you going to go out and start today?

Have a good long think about it…

Don’t fear the creative process, enjoy the process of creating again. it’s through the creative process that you find yourself again and find your passion for life.

You might have tried a few things before that didn’t quite work out and maybe you’re just not feeling inspired to create, I get that. But at some point, you just have to put pen to paper, paintbrush to canvas and see what you can come up with.

Don’t chase perfection, just focus on creating work from the soul and from there you’ll start to find your rhythm and creative flow again.

So let’s kick things off today and have some fun!

Come up with a list of creative projects you would like to get involved with or start yourself.

I don’t care what it is… just start by listing a bunch of things which excite you and you feel most passionate about.

It could be…

A Blog or social media page you want to start.

A Painting or drawing or a unique piece of art you want to share with the world.

A song you want to write or even record.

A business idea you want to explore and get off the ground.

A community project you are passionate about.

A Book you’ve always wanted to write.

A new project for your work or your own business to help you change the game.

Whatever it is, It’s time to innovate and create and start a project you care about!

Take a look at Part one of your Blueprint again and get inspired by your own vision and dreams.

Choose one project and then jump right in and get to work!

Enjoy the process drawing up your ideas and playing around with them, see what you come up with and just live in the moment for a while. You’ll start to feel more energized simply by messing around with your ideas without all the other distractions.

Don’t forget to make a mess today! I want you to get into the habit of creating and spreading yourself out and bringing some energy to your own projects and ideas!

Who can you connect with who is a creative or inspiring soul?

Get out and find creative people – People who care enough to create and share their work with the world. They are the kind of people you need to surround yourself with because they are always up to something and always have something new to share.

Make an effort to meet people who are doing cool things, chat with them and pick their brains. Surrounding yourself with people who create for a living will rub off on you and your own work.

So start attending interesting events or trade shows around town and start talking to more people, you’ll never know who you might find that can inspire you and even help you with your ideas projects.

Let me know what project you have started on today?

Shoot me an email, send me a picture and show me where you started, I am here to support you on your unique journey through life.

Go have fun with today’s challenge, just start and I promise you that seeing your own ideas and concepts coming to life will absolutely inspire you.

Get into the flow of creating again…

Day 14 - Make An Impact!

Make An Impact!

Here we are, The final day of JumpStart With Joe!

Let’s go out with a bang and make an impact!

No great big lesson today, just a simple idea that will transform your life and change your perspective and outlook on the world you choose to live in.

Whenever I have lost my way, lost my mojo or I’ve become too engrossed in my own problems, I have caught myself starting to make it all about me.

I think we all do that when times get tough and when things fall apart around us. It’s only natural to start feeling like the world is against you and that your problems and challenges are greater than anyone else’s.

But I learned over the years that whenever I started to fall into that trap of making it all about myself, my life and my circumstances that is was time to Change the conversation and make it about someone else.

Take the focus off yourself…

That’s the trick to living a fulfilling life. When you contribute, focus on others and do something to make the world a better place you’ll start to feel good within your own soul and start to see that whatever you are going through isn’t that bad after all.

Who can you help?

How can you contribute?

Who could you compliment and encourage today?

What organizations could you reach out to?

How can you make someone’s life better?

How can you get more involved with your local community?

Do something for someone else and make it part of your daily and weekly schedule to contribute and make an impact.

We have covered a range of ideas and strategies over the last 14 days. But going out and making an impact in the lives of others will open your heart and your mind like nothing else will – The thing you are looking for will start to reveal itself when you start to give of yourself and make a difference.

We all share one common life purpose, to contribute, to help and to share our gifts and abilities to make the world a better place. Everything else will start to reveal itself and unfold when you step up and do what you were born to do.

So go out and make an impact. You have the power to change not only your own life but the lives of others!

I am so proud of you for working hard and making it through the last 14 days… But this isn’t the end!

Day 15 - Hang On This Isn't The End...

This Isn’t The End…

I think it’s time to have some fun and celebrate today!

I know you’ve worked hard over the last 14 days to change your mindset, to get more focused and prepare your mind body and soul for what comes next.

If you’ve made to this point and followed each of the steps, then I know that you are now ready to get back in the game and make big things happen.

It’s your time now!

It’s your time to shine and move boldly and confidently onto the next stage of your amazing journey through life.

I am so proud of you for making it through to the end of JumpStart With Joe and I hope that you have learned a lot and more importantly started to apply some of the ideas, strategies and concepts I have shared with you so far.

When I designed JumpStart With Joe I wanted it to be a lifetime tool, just like The Blueprint, so you can use them throughout your life to stay on track – because I think we both know how easy it is to lose our way from time to time.

So from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for joining me on this journey and I hope that you create and build what you consider to be a truly exceptional and beautiful life.

Hang on…

This is not the end, this is just the beginning!

I still have a lot more to come over the next few weeks and I’ll be adding more bonus videos, doing Q&A sessions and I’ll also be adding a Blueprint tips and tricks section to help you to use your blueprint more effectively.

I’ll also add a news feed so you can stay up to date with all the updates, competitions and upcoming events I’ve got planned for you.

Don’t forget to Jump Back into JumpStart With Joe every few weeks!

But first, let’s go out and celebrate! You’ve put in the work, so you deserve it!

PS: Don’t forget to send me an email and tell me all about your last 14 days with JumpStart With Joe!

Meditation - My Thoughts About Connecting With Yourself

Meditation

I thought I would share a few of my thoughts with you about meditation and making time for yourself each day to just connect and be still.

The fundamental concept of the “Before5am” mindset and lifestyle is to center your being, connect with yourself and gently learn the art of shaping the internal universe so that you can eventually move and define your external existence.

I could talk about the true power and nature of meditation and the universe all day… But I just wanted to touch on a few key points today.

Take some time out each day, just for yourself. You have to make it a priority and part of your daily routine – Just like brushing your teeth!

Find your own unique way to meditate and connect with your higher self. There is no right or wrong when you are starting out…

Practice the art of being still within every morning and evening. That is one of the main reasons, I started waking up early many years ago; to find peace and solitude, before the sun rises.

Practice the art of being in control of your being and very deliberate in your thoughts and actions. This is a skill set that will help you in every area of your life and all throughout your life.

Spend time in nature. That is always a great way to slow your mind down and admire and observe the natural flow and grace of the universe.

Find peace within, By being still. You can control the rage, the fear, the pain and all your emotions by being very still – it’s an art and like any muscle, you develop it over time and with great practice and care.

Master yourself and the internal universe and I promise you – The rest will gently fall into place.

I hope this helps you in some small way to connect with yourself and find your power within every single day. It is the first place to start in many ways, to look within and nurture your own soul.

At some point down the road, I will put together an actual step by step guide to meditation that you can use to help you connect with yourself at a much higher level.

Have an amazing day!

Staying Focused And Committed To Your Goals

Staying Focused And Committed To Your Goals

Don’t beat yourself up. We all lose our focus from time to time.

But the good news is, you’re about to get back in the game.

Here are Three simple steps to help you find your focus again and relatively quickly.

Step One:

Grab your Blueprint workbook.

Part one, two and three of your Blueprint is all about your vision, your goals and what it is you truly want.

Whatever you have written down in your Blueprint should inspire you, give you great level of clarity and more importantly, guide you towards your dreams and goals. If it doesn’t inspire you and get you excited, then rip it up and start again… This is your life and you decide with great power and certainty what your vision for your life will be.

The Blueprint is your guide, it is your road map and if at any time you feel lost or uncertain, take a look at it, review it and reflect upon what it is you truly want to create, share and gift to the world.

Step Two:

Grab a fresh sheet of paper and a pen.

Write out how you are currently feeling. Get that off your chest first and then start focusing your attention towards the bigger picture.

Answer these questions from a very real and pure place within:

What is my long-term vision?

What is my life purpose?

What is the outcome I truly want right now? (One of the most important questions)

What is the price I am prepared to pay to have everything I want?

What really matters to me, when all is said and done?

These are a few questions, I often find myself answering from time to time to stay focused and to remind myself of what it is I truly want and what my responsibilities are.

Step Three:

Often, we can find it hard to focus on the tasks and activities which will help us achieve our goals and make us better.

So here is a fresh idea!

Sell yourself on the opportunity that is right in front of you and why it will help you move towards your dreams and goals.

Ask yourself this; What is the benefit of doing this task?

It’s easy to focus on all the reasons why you don’t want to do something, but maybe it’s time to look at all the reasons why doing it will change your life and make your life better.

It’s a fresh way to look at things and it might just inspire you to get back in the game and get things done!

Stay focused and don’t sweat it if you lose your focus – just come back to this video and go through these simple steps!

Have an amazing day!

Accepting The Journey of Life

Accepting The Journey Of Life

Learn to love and accept the journey of life.

I know how hard life can seem at times and I know how hard it can be to just get back on your feet after you have taken a few hits.

That’s one of the main reasons why I created JumpStart With Joe – To help you get back on your feet and find your groove when things seem impossible and when you feel like your world is crashing down around you.

Life is a journey and everything you are going through is ultimately preparing you for your true destiny. Although you may not see it right now, every day and every situation you find yourself in is a chance to sharpen your sword – develop yourself and prepare yourself for what comes next.

I want you to always remember that It takes time to develop yourself and build yourself up. Your dreams can absolutely come true, but not before you are ready and have developed the skills you need to truly shine and be able to handle the responsibility that comes with your aspirations.

“Think in decades, rather than days and weeks.”

One of the things that helped me understand my own journey was to think in decades rather than days and weeks – I could have saved myself a lot of stress and internal agony by simply accepting that life is a process and that there is much for me to learn.

You might not be seeing the results you are hoping to see right now, but that’s okay!

Be Persistent.

Be Consistent.

Keep Believing.

Keep moving forward.

You are learning, growing and developing and you can only ever do that by going through the journey of life and allowing yourself to embrace the constant changes and challenges that life presents us with.

You can heal much of your pain right now, by making peace with the past and accepting that life is your classroom and there are many more mistakes to make before you get it!

Have a great day and never stop believing.

Values And Beliefs

Values And Beliefs

You have the power to change your Values & Beliefs.

There is a reason why I have dedicated a whole chapter of the Blueprint (Part Seven) to helping you modify and change your Values & Beliefs.

One of the biggest things people over look in their pursuit of happiness or success or their life purpose is their own views, opinions, values & beliefs.

Reviewing your Values and Beliefs often, has to be part of the goal setting process.

Don’t be afraid to dig deep and ask yourself the tough questions:

Why are you here?
What do you believe to be true about yourself?
How do you view the world and how do you think it works?
What have you accepted to be true – which may not be true for you?
What are you limiting beliefs – about yourself and your life?
What do you value and what is important to you?

You have to understand how you work and what you think and feel. From there, you can create the circumstances that allow you to thrive and create the life you want.

Your Values and Beliefs – Must serve you and your greater purpose. Not the other way around.

Everything starts with your purpose and having a clear picture of the type of person you must become and what you plan to create, build and share during your lifetime on this planet.

The reason why most people are at the mercy of their beliefs and values – is because they have no clarity or greater purpose. Therefore their values and beliefs dictate what they can and don’t do at any given time.

Modify and change your values and beliefs as you go!

You can change your values and beliefs for the most part at any time. You decide what you are going to believe and value in order to accomplish your given task or mission.

If your values and beliefs are not aligned with your goals and the outcomes you want – then you are setting yourself up for failure.

Take a look at your goals and always consider the values and beliefs you need to have in order to fulfill that particular objective. You also have to consider the type of person you must become in order to have the things you are asking for. The two strategies and concepts go hand in hand.

Looking at your values and beliefs can be tough and very confronting.

But you have to remove much of the emotion and be honest with yourself. Personal development is the art of being able to understand yourself and your life at any given moment and modify or change your behaviour or adapt to the scenario at hand or the outcome you want.

You are infinite and boundless – So don’t let your current values and beliefs determine your potential and what you are capable of achieving.

Take a closer look at part seven of your Blueprint and start creating a belief and values system that supports you and your goals & dreams.

Stay Hydrated

Stay Hydrated

Start doing the small things you do each day! That’s what JumpStart is all about.

Keep it simple, stay healthy and always remember what your overall game plan is. That is what will keep you focused and in the game year round.

Staying Hydrated throughout the day is as important as working out or eating lean, clean and light.

So let’s start adding water consumption into our daily routines and habits:

Morning: Drink a litre of water (one or two bottles of water) to kick off your morning.

During the day: Try and consume 2 or 3 bottles of water during the day.

Evening: Just because it’s the evening, doesn’t mean you neglect your water intake. Try and get a light workout in and drink a couple of bottles of water before bed.

You can also keep a bottle by your bed at night, to ensure you wake up feeling hydrated.

These are the small and basic things you can do every day to help you perform at a higher overall level.

By itself, it will have little impact on your results. But mixed in with everything else you have learnt and know you should be doing – it can compound the result and ensure you are operating near your peak level.

And… that is the goal in many ways: To wake up every day feeling strong, healthy and vibrant so you can perform at your highest level in all areas of your life.

Stay Hydrated. It is one piece of the peak performance and wellbeing equation that requires no motivation or inspiration to do.

It Will Be Alright

It Will Be Alright

Keep going. Keep moving forward.

If you are going through a tough time at the moment, this video is for you.

Some thoughts to help you keep going…

You are strong.

You are powerful.

What is happening right now, does not define you.

Right now, I need you to be still.

Centre yourself and find peace within.

Slow down, remove the opportunities for negative, frantic or dramatic energy to enter your being for this moment in time.

Take by your power and control the situation at hand.

Accept what has happened.

Be brave enough to accept that things have played out as they have.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel those emotions and allow them to be.

Now is not the time to beat yourself up. Evaluate the situation, but do not overthink things.

It is the time to find a way forward. To bring certainty to your situation or life.

You have the power to control any situation and most of all control yourself and what you choose to do next.

Don’t always feel like you have to do something.

Being still and in control before you act, is the most important skill one must learn when facing a tough time or situation that seems impossible.

You will feel your power and strength once more. You will conquer all, in time. But for now, you may need to be still.

Accept things for what they are, while you look within to find a way to move forward. Give yourself a chance to work through things. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

In time, you will work it all out.

For now, be still. Find your strength within and gently go about your business.

All things will work out in time.

Peak Performance

Here are a few tips, I want you to implement into your routines, habits and rituals to help you perform at a higher overall level.

Remember the key to peak performance is Consistency. The benefits you gain over a period of time, is what will ultimately allow you to go beyond your current known limits.

Sleep: You want to make sure you are getting 6 – 8 hours of consistent rest every night. The emphasis is on the word “Consistent” rest.

Feeling well rested is the key to much of your performance and overall ability to function at a high level. It’s one of the key parts of my energy equation.

Diet: Focus on eating lean, green and light. Simple is best when it comes to moving closer to your optimum level of performance and production.

You also have to factor in a failure rate into your diet – This is where most people go wrong. You don’t have to get it right 100% of the time, but you can realistically get it right 80% – 90% of the time.

Your failure rate, has to also factor in things like travel, socialising and certain occasions which may take you away from running your peak performance patterns. This is true for all parts of the energy equation as well as your diet.

Exercise: The trick is to exercise for energy and mindfulness. Don’t worry too much about gaining muscle or losing weight – that naturally takes care of itself if you are consistent with your exercise regime and your diet.

Use exercise as a tool to help you perform and function at a higher level. A good fitness regime, should make you feel alive and vibrant every day. Not tired and burnt out.

Don’t worry about rest days and days off. Focus on being active 7 days a week and mix up your exercise routine so you stay inspired and motivated.

Stress levels: Focus on being proactive. That is the first step to lowering your stress levels and managing the many things you have to deal without throughout a day or week.

Have a solid game plan and be flexible in your approach. Over a 7 day period, you should be able to get most things done – which is why I always suggest you work over 7 days and give yourself time each day to look after your own wellbeing & health.

You also have to start taking a more mature approach to stress in your life. That means you have to factor it into everything that you do. You have to know by now, that things don’t always go your way or work out and there will be many challenges along the way.

One of the best ways to manage your stress levels is to manage your expectations and allow for things to go wrong from time to time. This comes back to having a solid plan and being aware of all the pieces at play at any given time.

Most of your energy and time is tied up, being stressed out, frustrated and burnt out. If you can get a better handle on your stress levels your overall wellbeing and performance will naturally increase.

Passion: You’ve got to have something to look forward to each day. Something that intrigues you, inspires you and excites you.

You have to start living a life of passion and start having interests and hobbies. It’s easy to get caught up in your little world of work, family, finances, etc. But you have to be able to break that up with things that impact your soul.

You have to care about things and be interested in things.

That all starts with you, finding a passion or an interest that you feel you want to get involved in. You’ve always got to have something you care about in your life, beyond family, friends and your work.

So start making your life more interesting and in many ways that is one of the keys to feeling more energised and inspired by life – Which will ultimately allow you to perform at a much higher level.

You can implement all these ideas and strategies into your Blueprint and daily routines, right now!

Keep it simple and keep building upon your experience, until you get it right and as always do what works best for you. Develop your own Peak performance routines.

I hope that helps you to start moving towards your optimum level of performance, year round!

Put In The Work

Enjoy the process of developing yourself.

Wake up and look forward to doing the mundane things, the small and insignificant tasks and activities.

Everything you are doing now, is preparing you for the next level. But first we have to master the basics before we can handle anything else with ease.

It’s something you hear me talk about a lot and it’s the basis for JumpStart in so many ways. I want to help you build your life on a solid foundation.

Don’t worry about the glitz, glamour, fame or fortune. That will come (If you want such things…) in time, but not before you are ready and right now you got to just put in the work.

Get the simple things right. Do the small and insignificant things well and with great confidence and competence.

The sooner you embrace the small stuff, the sooner you can qualify for what you truly want.

I challenge you to become a master of the basics. I want you to wake up every morning with great joy and love in your heart that you get to do the small things and you do it with great pride.

Don’t worry about where everyone else is, you are running your own race and right now, you just need to focus on getting the basics right.

Once you master the basics like self control, discipline and running your own routines and patterns, you will start to move forward with great pace.

So don’t shy away from the small things, embrace it. Get it right, become a master of yourself and your life.

Every day is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop. Use this time to work on yourself and really put in the work on all areas of your life.

Soon enough this moment will pass and you’ll be expected to do more, produce more and perform at a much higher level. As fun as it sounds, it usually isn’t because with each new level comes greater responsibility and pressure.

Enjoy this time. Enjoy the slow periods and enjoy the times you get to work on yourself and your life. These are the best moments of your life – Because this is when you actually grow and develop.

Keep going and keep improving every single day!l

Use Your Blueprint More Effectively

Use Your Blueprint More Effectively

Here are a few quick tips to help you use your Blueprint more effectively.

Write your own story. This is your personal development tool and you can use it however you want. The best part about the Blueprint is that it is flexible and you can create your own unique experience within the framework I have created.

The Blueprint is a life time tool. if you aren’t using it every day, then you aren’t using your personal development companion the right way. Make it part of your daily, weekly and monthly process and you will see results.

Go Back and revisit your Blueprint often. You have to constantly keep re – creating your Blueprint and evolving it and expanding it, as your life evolves and expands. As you keep growing, so does your Blueprint and that’s why it is designed to be printed out easily and often!

Review your Blueprint every 90 days! Or whenever you are feeling lost or like you have lost your momentum or motivation. Your game plan is what you should be focusing on and working on, because it will pull you through the tough times and challenges we all face.

Re-visit Part 1, 2 and 3 often. Clarity is power and you want to be clear and very certain as often as you can be in your life. It is up to you to bring that certainty into your life and often that certainty and faith starts with you knowing who you want to be and what you are committed to achieving.

The Blueprint is your sanctuary. It is your space to be free, to create and imagine without limitations or the expectations of others. It is your place to work own yourself and be honest and real about your own goals, dreams and challenges.

Part 10 – Protect yourself against the downside. Use part 10 of your Blueprint as a tool to help you maintain momentum. We all take hits and sometimes, we just can’t get back up as quickly as we hope we can. Design a set of rules, that no matter what you can’t break. No matter what you face in life, you still find a way to function and perform at some level.

Work on Paper! The Blueprint is designed around you making a mess and making your mark. Get used to writing and making your imprint on the world – especially when it comes to your goals and dreams. You can always print out a new workbook, so don’t ever worry about stuffing up and making mistakes. I want you to make lots of mistakes! Enjoy the process of working on your own game plan for your life.

Keep tweaking your plan! As soon as you finish a Blueprint workbook, you start your next one. Keep making changes, keep making small tweaks and keep developing your game plan. The more you do it, the better you get. And…. if there is one thing you want to get good at, it is writing out and mapping a plan for your life and then executing it!

I hope that helps and the main thing to remember with your Blueprint is to make it part of your daily life and routines. make it part of your lifestyle.
