Keep your diet simple. Keep your workouts simple. Be consistent with both.
Most people never achieve great levels of fitness, health or energy simply because they have over complicated the whole process.
There is nothing complicated about being active for at least 30 minutes a day!
Whether you go for a run or a walk or do some weight training at the gym or it could be yoga or playing tennis after work or even going for a swim.
We can all find 30 minutes in the day to be active and even if you can't there is no reason why you can't do some sit ups and push ups before you hop in the shower in the morning or before you go to bed.
30 minutes that will change your life for the better and hopefully you can then start working towards investing an hour in your own health, fitness and vitality.
Keep your diet simple by eating fresh food, eating lean, eating smaller portions and making the healthy choices at every single meal.
Having a toned and fit body and feeling fit and energetic is as much about diet as anything else, so make good, healthy choices.
Ultimately it is up to you to decide what to put in your mouth, you have no one else to blame if you are eating badly all the time.
The main thing is to be consistent with both, you can't expect to see great results in any area of your life if you are inconsistent and constantly stopping and starting.
When it comes to your health, fitness and energy it literally is your life's work!
Being consistent with your exercise and diet will also help develop your will power and self discipline.
