What we teach & how we lead
In a world of chaos and suffering - people need structure, order and to learn essential life skills to think critically, act with responsibility and be of service to themselves and others at all times - with or without financial incentive. Joe Duncan and Before5am leads by teaching essential life fundamental skills in understandable and comprehendible formats - which all people have access to and can use to build theirs on a solid foundation today.

We view Before5am as an essential life support service for people all over the world - that helps people build their lives in a dignified way. Building our world starts with how we build our people and how we support them in their every day lives. At the end of the day the work we do at Before5am must achieve better societal outcomes for humanity.

Joe Duncan is the Global Commissioner of the Before5am Organisation. Mr. Duncan has always worked closely with people, leaders, families, communities to improve lives, to raise the relative standard of living and to ensure we don't lose hope in our world.
Joe Duncan built the Before5am Organisation in 2014 to tackle the largest problems our society faces and the very real problems every day people face in their daily lives. Before5am has been an essential public service operating daily for over 12 years and deploying vital life education, life support, books of hope and life systems to people from all corners of the globe.
Joe Duncan has supported millions of people and families over the last decade and has actively helped to reduce the overall strain on our already over encumbered social, economic and government systems. Saving Governments and tax payers billions of dollars each year through preventative and early intervention life services and critical life operating education.

Why the name Before5am?
Regardless of race, religion, political preference, gender, culture, financial situation or geographic location - we all share the dawn of a new day, and nothing says the dawn of a new day more than Before5am. The new day is something we stand behind here at before5am - it's the chance to start again, it's a chance to build things properly, it's a chance to have another go and it's a chance to feel hope once more. Before5am is a symbol and a nod to all essential service worker, mums and dads starting their day, our bakers, our farmers, our shift workers, our truck drivers, our nurses, who have to wake up early to run our world. Before5am its nation building at its core.

Before5am is an organisation founded in 2014 by Joe Duncan. The Organisation's mission is to provide Life Support to people from every nation on earth. Life Support in the form of Life Tools, Books of Hope, Leadership Resources and Daily Teachings. We educate, train and re-skill people on the principles of self leadership, responsibility and the essential life fundamentals.
