Finding a real sense of purpose and meaning in 2024 comes down to the questions we ask ourselves and the conversations we need to start having with those around us.

We all need to think about how we can find a greater sense of purpose - in our day to day lives, in our workplaces & communities and in the world around us heading into 2024.

Today, we live in a world where so many people (more so than ever) are struggling to find meaning and any real sense of purpose and it’s something I’ve been working on for a decade now - to give people the support and life tools they need to build themselves up and find a way to be utilised effectively in the modern world and society we live in.

Finding a sense of meaning and finding your purpose doesn’t have anything to do with big dreams, hopes and aspirations. It can do - but in almost all cases meaning and purpose comes from feeling well utilised and valued in your community or life.

We all have to start asking the right questions and having the right conversations with our partners, our children, our friends, our workmates and people in our community around how we can contribute, what problems we can solve and what improvements we collectively need to make - to make our world and lives better.

Most of all, we have to believe that we can make a difference, that we are valuable and can contribute to our households, our workplaces, our communities, our nations and our world in a very real and beneficial way.

The time is now, for us all to start asking ourselves the right questions about we can be best utilised in our society, how we can actually contribute in a more meaningful way and how we can share what we know to make our world and lives better in every area.

Building our lives in 2024 - starts with having a sense of meaning and purpose and it’s something we all need to think about and develop if we’re planning on going anywhere as individuals or as a collective group in our modern society.

So, start having those conversations and let’s start building together in 2024.
